Pedal-powered Velomobile does it on water and land alike

Velomobile concepts had been around for quite some time now. Generally, these are the electrically driven vehicles and hence, they promise a zero emission inland ride. However, this time around, a Czech inventor named David Buchwaldek suggests his creation that rules the waters in the same way as it does on land. His waterproof vehicle is a pedal-powered electric-assist trike. It’s a perfect transportation medium for trans-island commutes. The video after the jump shows the HEPAV in action:
