Halo cloud over Moscow was an optical illusion

As a part of an impressive optical effect, majorly attributable to the setting sun, a bizarre halo cloud over the city of Moscow’s Western District left the residents awestruck. The sun rays while passing through the clouds, which were a little apart in a circular way, countered the Arctic air and created this illusion. Therefore, the meteorologists and weather forecasters do not see any obvious reasons to label it as a supernatural occurrence or an environmental hysteria.
